HOW IT WORKS

1. SIGN UP

  • Fill out the New Volunteer Form as an individual or group to enter our database.

    If volunteers are under 18 years old, they must have their legal guardian sign up and be the main contact for any communications and responsibilities related to the volunteer role.

  • After signing up, you will receive a Welcome Email from us within 24 hours. We will need your response and confirmation into order to complete the on-boarding process. Please check your Spam Inbox in case our email address is not recognized.

2. GET BOOKED

  • Our operations team will book you at least 2 weeks in advance based on your location, availability, and meal count.

  • Confirm if you are available to help out on the assigned date and time.

3. VOLUNTEER

    1. Pick up free supplies from our nearest satellite pantry OR provide your own

    2. Make meals at home

    3. Coordinate pick up with the volunteer driver. Pick up window is pre-set by the operations team.

    1. Contact chefs the night before or day of delivery

    2. Pick up and drop off meals at assigned outreach site by a specific time provided by the operations team

  • Complete tasks of both Chef and Driver.
